My roommate and I moved in The Case Building in July and we absolutely love it! It is one of the more expensive apartments

in the area but you definitely get what you pay for. The amenities are awesome, especially the gym and the finishes inside the apartment are beautiful. And although no apartment can ever guaranty safety and crime happens everywhere, I feel secure and comfortable here. The staff is extremely professional and helpful and the maintenance team is great!

of downtown are first class. The overall aura about the building is positive. The residents seem to be very friendly and happy to chat with you. The convenience to Deep Ellum is great; lots of bars, restaurants and fun to be had. The pool is relaxing and not a lot of mismanagement of that amenity - it's clean and water is always cool. The music throughout the building rocks! The dog park is the perfect large area for your dogs to roam, separated in to both a small and large dog area. The front desk staff are best I have ever dealt with! Cindy (our leasing agent) was very professional and thorough with our tour and many questions that we had, and she even went above and beyond to make sure and hold our unit for an extended period of time. I have experienced nothing but professionalism and respect out of everyone at the front desk. The only complaints, very minimal so far, are: the two guest in the pool area policy. We have a two bedroom unit (biggest in the building) and are only allowed two guests per apartment when it should be two guests per lease holder. Also, there seems to be a group of residents that seem to be very negative about most topics - so we tend to stay away from the negative people. Every apartment has it's list of negatives but the Case is very minimal. Don't listen to any of the naysayers, this building rocks!

a few different floor plans at the Case. Cindy took the time to make sure we found the right unit with the "Wow" factor. The Case Building is not just the same four white wall basic apartment like everywhere else. It has character and the finishes of this building are top notch. The amenities also was a big selling factor between different apartments we looked at in Dallas. We love the gym, pool, and concierge service. The dog park is the best one I have seen in a apartment complex. We like that it separates the small dogs and the big dogs into two separate areas. The location is great because you are at the end of Deep Ellum, very little traffic during the week unless you are going out on Friday or Saturday night, but at that point we just walk everywhere. Everyone in the front office is very helpful, and if you have a question they are very prompt to get it answered for you. Loving the Case!
