The Best Place In Dallas
Never have I ever lived in an apartment complex where there is an actual thriving community living there. The bar downstairs... (open Thurs - Saturday) is a great social spot for everybody to mix and mingle. This might be an overlooked amenity to some, but for transplants like myself, it's been a great way to meet new friends.
The staff is so funny, friendly, and attentive. Whether I stop by for a chat or have a question, they give me all of their undivided attention and help me out with whatever I need.
I commute into DT for work, so this place is perfect for people wanting to take the DART. 4-Minute Walk to Baylor Medical Station, 5-minute train ride into the heart of DT Dallas makes it so easy to get around.
The pool is awesome and great for hosting guests or relaxing. You can grill out there with your pals as well.
The gym? It's pretty much got everything you need.
If going out and getting ratchet is your thing, you're walking distance to all of the best bars, clubs, music venues, comedy houses, etc. in Deep Ellum. Go out for a drink (or 10) and shamble your way back home.
Are you all about the foodie life? Tons of awesome restaurants within walking distance as well.
After living here for a month and a half, I don't know why anyone would want to live anywhere else. It's brand new. It's trendy. It's awesome. At least stop by to visit, you won't regret it.
